Park Holidays World Class Corporate Incentive
We created a bucket-list corporate incentive for Park Holidays, taking their top 5% of sales staff on an 8-day journey through Nashville, Memphis, and New Orleans. The bespoke programme immersed staff in the culture, food, and music of the American South, with highlights including airboat tours in alligator swamps, a private Mardi Gras parade, exclusive access to Graceland, and live jazz and blues in iconic clubs. Staff described it as a “once-in-a-lifetime trip.”
Objective
To design a bucket-list corporate incentive trip through Nashville, Memphis, and New Orleans for the top 5% of Park Holidays’ sales team.
Solution
Park Holidays selected the destination, as voted by their staff, and partnered with GPM to deliver a fully immersive 8-day programme.
The trip was curated to showcase the music, culture, food, and lifestyle of the American South, featuring:
Private airboat tours through Louisiana’s alligator swamps
A private Mardi Gras parade experience
Exclusive access to Graceland, Elvis Presley’s family home
Nights of live jazz and blues in world-famous venues
Every element was designed to deliver unforgettable moments that reflected the authentic spirit of each destination.
Results
Staff described the trip as a “once-in-a-lifetime experience.”
Many attendees visited the US for the first time, feeling deeply immersed in a culture they had previously only seen on screen.
The incentive boosted loyalty, motivation, and recognition across Park Holidays’ top performers.
