Samsung Iceland Adventure
We partnered with Samsung to deliver a corporate incentive aligned with their brand slogan, “Do What You Can’t.” The reward? A bucket-list trip to Iceland, where staff and Regional Managers drove giant trucks across volcanic landscapes and snowmobiled on glaciers during a 3-day adventure. The incentive boosted sales, engagement, and loyalty, with attendees describing it as the most memorable reward ever.
Objective
To support Samsung in creating, launching, and managing a corporate incentive designed to motivate store staff and Regional Managers to hit ambitious sales targets.
Solution
Samsung’s new brand slogan, “Do What You Can’t”, was brought to life through a bucket-list incentive trip to Iceland.
Over 3 days, staff experienced once-in-a-lifetime adventures including:
Driving giant 4×4 trucks across extreme terrains
Snowmobiling up volcanoes and glaciers
Immersive cultural and team-building activities
The incentive was memorably launched at Samsung’s annual conference, with a branded truck driven into the venue to announce the reward.
Results
Samsung tracked sales and engagement using their internal Back Stage app, which showed a measurable uplift directly linked to the incentive.
Attendees unanimously described it as the “most memorable reward ever”, strengthening loyalty and motivation across the channel.
The campaign successfully aligned Samsung’s brand ethos with staff performance.
