Our Covid Commitment

We are well aware of the stress and uncertainly that has been created from the COVID-19 crisis and, as always, we will do whatever we can to ensure guests can still take their experiences whatever the future may bring.

 

For a summary of our commitment to you, please see below:

  • Voucher Validity: We provide you with a full 12 months, from date of purchase, to redeem and take your item.
  • Voucher Exchange: On rare occasions scheduled dates for prizes maybe subject to change. If this happens, you will be entitled to swap to a new date or swap to another prize of similar value. Items cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be refunded.
  • Book with Confidence: If regulations and restrictions change we will do all we can to be as flexible as possible. Any cost implications that are out of our hands will however have to be claimed back on travel insurance.
  • Voucher Extensions: Should it absolutely not be possible to enjoy your experience within he allotted 12 month period, due to the supplier or venue, then we will ensure a reasonable extension is granted for you.

 

The travel and tourism industry has been hit incredibly hard by the COVID-19 pandemic yet we are dedicated to ensuring you can enjoy your experience when possible.
