Objective: To assist 8×8 in creating, launching and running a UK+US channel bucket list incentive to the Monaco Grand Prix 2019 to celebrate the company’s top performers for exceeding their sales targets.
Solution: GPM created a customised 5-day experience for 8×8’s staff to become fully immersed in the Monaco Grand Prix weekend. 8×8 wanted their staff to feel like VIPs so GPM put together a programme including helicopters, superyachts, celebrity parties and clubs and a front row seat to all the Formula one action.
Results: 8×8 sent out a survey to all of their staff following the experience. Attendees described the experience as the ‘a bucket list experience’ ‘one of the most memorable experiences of their lives’ and ‘an amazing opportunity that would never be forgotten.’
