Objective: Create a ‘bucket list’ incentive trip through Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans for the top 5% of the company’s sales team.
Solution: Park Holidays came to GPM with their destination chosen, as voted by their staff. GPM was asked to put together a customized programme that gave staff an immersive experience into the culture and vibe of these three destinations. GPM designed an 8-day programme that saw staff experience music, culture, food and experiences that were unique to the destinations there were travelling through. Experiences included personal airboat tours through densely populated alligator swamps, a private Mardi Gras parade, an exclusive tour through Elvis’s family home in Graceland and the chance to see live jazz and blues performances in some of the most recognized clubs and bars in the world.
Results: Park Holidays staff described the trip as a ‘once in a lifetime’ trip. Some of the guests that had qualified for the trip had never been to the US and felt that the experience really immersed them into the culture and background they had only previously seen in films.
