Objective: To assist Samsung in creating, launching and running a channel incentive to motivate the store staff and regional managers to hit sales targets.
Solution: Samsung launched a new brand slogan ‘Do What You Can’t’ which they wanted to tie in with an incentive to motivate staff. GPM created a unique experience to bucket list destination Iceland, where staff enjoyed driving giant trucks and snow mobiles up volcanoes and across glaciers over the period of 3 days. Results: Samsung used their internal ‘Back stage’ app to measure the staffs improved sales and engagement as a result of the experience. All attendees described the experience as the ‘most memorable reward ever.’
